Acrylic Quick Dip Systems Make a Comeback!
believe it or not, interests in glue & acrylic powder enhancements are making a comeback. In the 1980’s, liquid-and-powder acrylic systems were new. Nail technicians were opting for a dipping process that could repair broken and split nails very easily. They overlaid the nails with a soft, flexible, lasting finish that was similar to gels. The technology supplied a method of toughening the nail using an adhesive and powder. The application was quick and easy. With colored dipping powders there was no need for nail polish.
